Lynn the salesman was wonderful but the GM and management took advantage of us stranded , we were towed to this location broke down car no food all day , pulling a side by side trying to make 16 hour trip home with no places to rent nothing .. having cash to buy brand new! And knew we take a small hit on our car they lowballed us beyond measure !!! On a fully loaded suv ! Didn’t try to help or anything .. ! We couldn’t believe how we were treated ! Our friends literally walked across street bought a new car , we walked next door they went above and beyond ! We bought a new truck from them !! Left at 1030 that night with new friends from the Nissan dealership and a new trailer and enough new vehicles to pull our stuff home !! I have nothing good to say about this company ! Just salesman Lynn he really couldn’t do much above his bosses .. I’d give a negative if it was there…

My experience with Ford McKie yesterday was excellent. My appointment was only a week out. Matt Devine was able to address and resolve my recall issue. He fully investigated a few other concerns I had and provided best resolutions and way-ahead.

Hands down the best dealership I've ever done buisness with. I've purchased 4 vehicles from McKie, used and new. Each time is a 280 mile round trip from our home in Wyoming, but worth it every time.
My wife and I have tried other dealerships but we always come back to McKie. Thank you all.

Since I bought my Timberline at McKie Ford service has been excellent. They have a nice facility as I usually wait on anything simple (oil change etc.). Staff was very friendly and my service adviser Kim Wood was very personable. We talked about ocean fishing and other stuff. Just an enjoyable service experience again which is becoming rarer these days. Will continue to do business with McKie Ford in the future. Even when I went to get into my car after service the two mechanics said thanks for coming in. You can tell that this company is dedicated to a great customer experience and I loved it.

Went in for first oil change on new vehicle purchased at McKie Ford. Staff and amenities were really top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable folks will take care of you! My salesperson Jeff Kappel took time out of his day to talk with me and review how I was getting along with vehicle while it was serviced. Great experience.
