I thought loaf n jug on my Rushmore Rd was open 24 hours? There was a male and female siting outside smoking and as soon as I got out of my car the male told me and my two passengers the store was closed the female employee didn't even say anything her face was buried in her phone like does all loaf and jugs pay there employees to sit outside and be on there phone? No Wonder gas stations can't keep a good customer base

Hair in slush somehow? Employee agreed it was gross but gave me a slush from same machine. Also was vaping during our conversation. it was at the door but felt rude.

This evening I dealt with a rather unpleasant woman named Tammy. She needs customer service training. Extremely rude. Refused service because she lacked the skill to confirm which pump to prepay on even though it was the only car in the parking lot. People should not work with the public if they don’t know how to behave.

Could give a $hit less, terrible customer service. Will hang up on you mid sentence and then not answer the phone. Go elseware, anywhere for better service.

I was filling up with gas at the loaf and jug on Mount Rushmore Street in Rapid City, South Dakota. I drive a Honda fit so filling my car completely full only costs $22. I understand is the standard practice of gas stations to charge your credit card a dollar hold until the actual total is recorded and…but I was surprised when I received an alert on my phone that I was charged $100 (instead of $1)-for a purchase that was only $22.15. Not ok. Additionally, even though my car was full, the pump still said “fueling” and I had to go see the attendant to get my receipt (for $22.15). When I called Discover to dispute this, I was told that Loaf’n’jug and Walla Walla gas stations “do this all the time” (despite numerous customer complaints) and I would have to wait a few days for the charge (that I never spent) to clear.It’s not the $100 hold I’m upset about (I have plenty of room on my card). It’s the principle of the situation. It’s unethical. I shouldn’t have to wait days for money I never spect to clear. I shouldn’t have to go inside to get the receipt (because the machine thinks I should still be fueling because I’m not to 100 bucks yet).USE OTHER GAS STATIONS if you wish to about this unnecessary and unethical business practice!!!!!

It's freezing and I just had to spend 10 minutes trying to cancel my attempt to use my debit card at the pump because the pin pad doesn't work correctly.

PSA: Avoid Loaf’N Jug (unless you’re ok with money you never spent being applied to your card).

Great staff! I picked up a charger cable and was about to trash my receipt. The check out clerk reminded me that I could return the cable but not without the receipt.

I was in this establishment today and was treated terribly by the manager of all people.once again they had no coffee I wouldn't normally say anything except this is my local convenience store a term I use very lightly it's not convenient if you don't have wat I need another employee informed me that the cappuccino machine broke and flooded the store I understand that but this is every time I go in there's never any coffee and no bags no lids for certain cups this place has really gone down hill. Then to be treated so poorly by the manager I don't think I'll be going back.

Gas pumps are terrible declines card reporting invalid pin repeatedly. Corner Pantry a block away works every time with the same card.

Scary to walk into. Customer service employees are very rude and lazy, very dirty, cooler is always broken so drinks are hot wouldnt trust the food either, fountain drink machine is allways broke and again employees get annoyed if you walk in while they are on their phones or have friends inside. Plenty of other gas stations to go nearby.
