Friendly staff. Although they did not install my air filter correct it was backwards and not fully sealed. (edit it was corrected by them)

The service team at Liberty VW were amazing! I was driving through Rapid City on my way to Colorado and had some warning lights on my Taos that needed attention. At 3:30 in the afternoon with no appointment they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. I am so appreciative! Salesperson Danny was also very welcoming and represented your dealership very well. It might be worth a long drive to Rapid City when it's time to purchase my next VW.

Liberty has expanded drastically since I first started business with the company about six years ago. The staff at Liberty Volkswagen is the reason I continue to choose Liberty for my vehicle purchases, service and any general inquiries I may have. I was kept abreast of my vehicle inspection, which included a video of inspection, providing reassurance that the job was completed. This capability makes customers feel important and trust is something I want from a dealership.

Earl is the best! He took excellent care of me when my bill was over what I expected and waived the $150.00 diagnostic fee. In fact, he is the reason I came back. Honestly, I thought he was the service manager due to how he interacted with me and other customers.
