I had a pleasant experience here back in 2021 when I bought a 2023 Elantra. The car was clean. The finance guy was nice and easy to deal with. Looking back over having the car for a few years now, I realize how displeased I am with the salesperson. He walked me through absolutely nothing when he sold me the car. He really did nothing to earn my business besides show me two different cars and let me go back and forth looking at them. There is a lot to the car it's like he just wanted me out because they were closing. I didn't even know that my car had these really nice floor mats where the spare tire is in the trunk until this year. Overall I would say it's a good place to deal with but the salesman caring about the process would have made a huge difference in how it went

Liberty used to be a very good place but after my last purchase I will never buy another vehicle there again. Sold me a truck that 2 days later needed $3,000 in work and they told me as is no warranty. They wouldn't even help with parts. My family has bought 7 vehicles in the last 7 years and there won't be an 8th. Guess they don't "value" their customers.

So glad and happy that I went a few days before my old lease ended. I was greatly helped by a very good and professional, Antawan Evans, who made the entire process so pleasurable.
Got a great deal on a beautiful new Elantra to drive home in.

I had a big issue with their phone service last week and was making appointments elsewhere. I was called back and they fixed the issue. I still have a problem with their phones and not being able to connect with a real person quickly, but I guess the way of things now. Their service department went all out for me during this visit. Thanks

Sales staff was very thorough and explained many features of the vehicle when we bought it. Service has been very good, although sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get an open time for an appointment. Our overall experience with Liberty Hyundai has been very good. We like our 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD.
