Appointment was on time. The service was excellent and very nice people. I did notice that the sign said by appointment only. Some were coming in expecting service and left mad. I believe this may be why the "rating" is so low.

Fast friendly service. Best blood drive ever had. Got in and out very quickly and paid half of what I paid my doctor last year for the same lab work

They replaced the receptionist, she and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Plus they got me in quick.
