“Excellent service from start to finish. The experience is what big box stores cannot duplicate. I get horrible service from Lowe's and Menards every single time I go. It's very disappointing. You might save a little money but you won't get the service or appreciation. Shop local whenever possible!”

“My kids broke a shelf that needed a specialized clip that was hard to find locally. The clip itself was a couple bucks online most places I found it, but they were charging 15 dollars for shipping. Wood Stock Supply had reasonable prices and wasnt trying to trick me with outrageous shipping costs to negate the smaller item cost. So I bought a couple extra.
I dont normally write google reviews, but they sent me a fun sized starburst candy with my clips. It shouldn't be a big deal, but it says something about what their customer service is probably like. (Then I come on google reviews, and find them interacting with their customers reviews.) Customer service trumps pricing, and this place has both.
I dont know if I will need something else from them soon, but they will be the first place I check for the harder to find items.”
