This hotel was awesome! Our room was spotless and had everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and open until 11pm. There are many good restaurants nearby.

I stayed here on a business trip. Rooms were comfy and well kept. Staff was very friendly, and the location is very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again

This is a good place to stay. Great pool for kids, good breakfast with many options. Room could have been cleaner. Night staff was a bit odd.

Super clean super friendly staff hotel rooms are amazing The amenities are awesome this hotel is also sitting close to a lot of food and other good things to do right off the interstate easy on easy off with lots of parking

ok place to stay.. staff is friendly. only thing is NO early check out! or you will get screwed!! i say that base on my experience. me and my boyfriend are booked to this hotel for 4nights just recently.. but something happen. there is a snow storm coming to our way not to mention we are 14hrs away to our place. so we just trying to beat the storm. so i let the desk lady know that we can't stay another night because of the weather condition. she told me that because we booked from the third party she cant do nothing about it/refund and i'll have to contact them. now this is a 100$ room per night. and to people like me 1 dollar is a lot. so i did contact the third party and she said to me that she will have to contact the hotel so she can go ahead and refund me. and she did. talk to the same lady i talked to and she told her that we cannot have our refund because of the rates code? dunno what that is but honestly i am not asking for full refund even just some of it. and also the issue here is why does she have me runaround like that when she can just tell me flat out that we are not getting our money back because of whatever reason. then i called her again about it and she said she would have to talk to her supervisor and she promise me that she gonna call me back before the end of her shift. dont get me wrong she sounds a nice person but i never heard from her again. All i can say is it's an experience for me :)

The staff here was incredibly kind and accommodating, I was getting in close to 2am but the front desk receptionist still was kind despite the late arrival. Rooms were clean and quiet. Overall great stay!

Staff was great to deal with. The breakfast was better than expected and the hot tub was huge. Super clean place. The Dove shampoo conditioner and bodywash dispensers mounted in the showers were a real nice touch. Great price for what all you get. Forgot to pack toothpaste and a tooth brush and they had them for free at the front desk. Guy working the front desk was the nicest front desk person I've dealt with in quite some time.
Rooms: Large and modern super clean.
Nearby activities: It's Rapid City. Brochures everywhere.
Food & drinks: Ate at a Outback Steakhouse that shares pavement with the hotel itself. Saw a few guests walk right over to it.
