This Hilton was not nice at all for the price we paid, breakfast was a extra fee as well. Bathroom ceiling was clearly "fixed" leaving the mess behind, shower curtain was gross pulled it down so hopefully it was changed. Popcorn in p tech hair and dust on corner lamp oh i did get paid to stay found a nickel under the p tech. We always stay at nice hotels to avoid these issues....

Have stayed at this location a few times, always clean and orderly. Has a nice pool area for the kids and the bar/restaurant area is nice. Also is one of the few hotels I’ve been to that has a self checkout for its little convenience area, that is awesome when you want your midnight ice cream or a snack while the front desk is helping someone else. Definitely my go to for when I stay in Rapid City. Also, Stacy at the front desk is awesome and makes you feel super welcome and is super helpful. If you are staying on a night that Stacy is working you will be in good hands.

Stayed here a night. Can't say I remember anything negative about it. Room was nice and spacious, linens were clean, and the bed felt fresh. The room was comfortable, and I have zero complaints.

You know, it was hard to determine what experience I was supposed to have here based on the previous reviews. As a lifetime diamond member, I can assure you the hotel is great. Room was clean, fitness center was great and maintained, pool was good. Restaurant and service was fantastic. While it's not the lowest cost breakfast, Prices for everything in Rapid City are stupid high. I can eat for less in Telluride Colorado during ski season. With that said, everything was great, particular the front desk. Mary your wonderful, kind and thoughtful. Will be back
PS: wifi in the evening was absolutely brutal. Likely heavy use with everyone backing up the days photos they took from trips in the area. Usually 1-2 mb up and down during heavy load. Morning speeds were typical.

Very nice hotel. It is new and modern and clean in an area of town that has several hotels that are not.
Pool and hot tub are nice and don't seem too busy. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious and all the outlets seemed to work. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the loose and kinda gross lotion dispenser in the bathroom (room 417 if management is reading this and wants to send maintenance up).
Not particularly close to either downtown or the airport, but close to the mall if that's helpful to you.

My family and I came down for a wedding and everything started alright. We managed to get an early check-in after a long 7 hour drive. While making our way to our room we noticed that the floors were in really bad shape from the hallways to the elevators the flooring really needs some attention. Once we got to our room it looked ok to begin with. Later upon inspection the sheets to the mattress weren’t on all the way so we went to fix that and come to find multiple stains on that mattress itself. Also getting our daughter’s bed ready from the pull out and it turned out that the sheets were never changed and was covered in pet hair. After calling to get the new sheets for our daughter we showed the lady that came up the mattress. We didn’t get any kind of apology just a response of I’ll let housekeeping know about it and that they didn’t have any new mattresses after that she just said OK and walked out of the room. Later that night my wife got a call letting us know that there were no other rooms available because they were booked full, and we were offered a drink and snack credit for the inconvenience. Due to this I was about to just pack up and leave but instead I just slept on the floor till the morning. My family and I got little to no sleep with all these issues. The only good thing about this was that we talked with a gentleman at the front desk in the morning to cancel the rest of our stay, he had compensated our night so we didn’t pay anything for that night and would speak to the powers above about this issue. Since there were no other locations that had rooms available we ended up making the long drive home and ended up missing the wedding and seeing our other family members as well. There is no way I will ever bring my family here to this location again the next time we are in town. I only hope that anyone who visits will double check their room and hope they don’t find what we found.

Don’t eat here. Understaffed and they’re out of half the food. Other than that, we really enjoyed the room, staff, and parking. If this hotel could just get the restaurant in order it would be top notch!

Stains all over in the hallways, elevators and room. Avoid the second floor if you stay here. Very strong smell of human fecal matter.

The carpets were beyond disgusting throughout the hotel. Makes the whole hotel seem dirty. Need to deep clean or replace them.
Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel is in a convenient location.

Janelle was excellent with helping us get a room after leaving a horrible hotel. ? The room was clean and smell just fine. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The 4 night stay was pleasant. The restaurant was mediocre and over priced for value. The staff was helpful with any needs or wants. We would stay again in the future.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The restaurant is another story. We had breakfast one morning before heading out for a day of sightseeing, the service was so slow and the food was mediocre at best. We didn't want to venture our for supper on another night so thought we would try the hotel restaurant again, just as big of a mistake as breakfast. The waitress was very nice but didn't know what they had available for drinks or what foods they were out of. The food was just as disappointing as breakfast and way overpriced for the quality and taste. Recommend going somewhere else to eat if you stay at this hotel.

Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but had a slightly musty smell. Location was very accessible to everything that needed to be accessed in Rapid City. The price was not worth it but don't think there were any other decent options around.

Janelle at the front desk was rude all because I said I had not had an issue before and have stayed at Hilton hotels several times! She then proceeded to talk badly about me (after I walked away because our room was not ready at the check in time) so loudly that all the customers in the lobby kept staring at us! She said she would check on our room and proceeded to make us wait for 30 minutes and when I got the notification that my digital keycard was available I just left to go to my room and it didn’t work. I went to the front desk to get it fixed and she said she had my keys but I walked away before she could give them to me! As I was walking away she talked badly about me to her coworker loud enough for others and my family to hear her! Other customers also talked to us about her and her attitude a few times! Other than her and her attitude the room is great for a one night stay!
