I never had any issues shipping here. Staff is usually pretty friendly and store is clean.

Ill start off by saying that i love Hf, i shop here almost weekly. But today i had an employee approach me accusing me of stealing, just because my sleeves cover my hands/my appearance. I proceeded to show her that i in fact was not stealing, and showed her the ticket i had in my hand for a welding table. I still bought my table but i di t think ill be going back anytime soon

This review pertains to the cumbersome check out system at this and all harbor freight stores. To clarify I really like the value and quality but to spend 10 plus minutes in line with only 2 people ahead of me is ridiculous. The store wasn't even busy. There check process is archaic to say the least. Returns, coupons, rewards, etc. You need a new system to expedite the checkout process.

Been using them for random tools for years and years now. I’ve yet to have a single thing fail or break in any way. I also have all their tool boxes now and anyone who sees them goes and buys their own.
