I go through a pair of Chucks every 6 months, so I love their BOGO sale. They've always had my size, and the staff have been great at helping me find them among the others. They've always been professional and courteous, even when I know they've put in some long hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have charged me twice for ONE pair of shoes!! I will never shop here again what horrible service you guys offer. When trying to speak to a manager they are always never open or at the location! Don’t get your hopes up for a call back because it won’t happen!

2 young men were at the counter while plenty of guests were in the store, I walked up to the counter with my purchase and both of them ignored me. I asked if there was a manager present, both looked at each other and one finally said yes. I politely suggested they call the manager for help. Finally got rang up but the other kid at the register was looking at his phone instead of helping people. Last time I went in I talked to a couple very helpful ladies! Wish they would have been there!

CarolLynn and the young man with the dark brown shaggy hair were super friendly and helpful!! We ordered shoes on a Saturday and they arrived on Monday! Great place to shop!

1-12-21… The young lady offered no help. And was very condescending. The manger who has been working there for awhile was great. We got shoes regularly from the store or she ordered online for us. But now they lost our business because she didn’t care.
