I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. In the last year I have noticed a change in the quality of their service. The other day, I pulled in to drive throw. I had a wait due to a vehicle in front of me. When I got to the window, I forgot to push the button. Lol. So once I did, no one came so waiting again I rang. The pharmacist came to the window a said, " There's other customers here besides you. You need to wait." I've also had where they text me. Tell me my orders ready and get there and it is not. The service this year has just been really credit. To where I want to switch pharmacies. It just always seems like every month. They come to get my medications and it's something. Half the staff doesn't even say hello or even give you a nice smile. It's pretty sad because people like me. That depends and on their medications, monthly and have a lot more in the world. Going on it just takes a smile on both.

Never a problem, topnotch service, shop while your prescription is being filled.

They never seem to answer their phone! Told my prescription was ready, drove in only to be told, very rudely that it would be another half hour or so. Very poor service!

I am outraged by the condescending and unprofessional behavior I received during my phone call with them. I called to as availability on a medication, ( yes this is a medication that is on a nation wide shortage, I'm sorry you may be getting a lot of calls a day about it.) as i was telling the Technician The info i needed to provide about my medication and the responded by Interrupting me yell out "NO" and laughed, is completely rude and appalling.It is utterly disrespectful to disregard a customer's question in such a manner. It is clear that Family Fare Pharmacy has a blatant lack of respect for their customers and does not value their time. It is beyond frustrating to deal with a business that is so dismissive of their customers.As a customer, you should never have to endure such rude and belittling behavior from a business that you rely on for medical care. It is appalling that Family Fare Pharmacy thinks it is acceptable to treat their customers in such a condescending manner.
