Everything went smoothly from making the reservations to picking up and dropping off the car! Even got a car upgrade because our reserved car was still being cleaned. No hassles of any kind, so we will definitely be using Enterprise again!

Truck cab was nice and clean but bed of truck was dirty and the left turn signal bulb was blown and obviously no one checked the lights before re -renting the truck. Considering car rental is not cheap and this is a safety issue it should of been fixed before I rented the vehicle Express check in and out was good and fast.

No support with flat tires on trip. No call bk. Had to stay days in hotel cuz no enterprise locations due to closures. Then Rapid City enterprise Rio and ethnic Saud they would credit back. They didn't. Cole overcharged us more than contact. Also No reimbursement for tires repair nor hotels. No calls bk..just one way communication with me doing all the calling with 14 calls and more emails with no resolution or accountability..just poor service from them.

The gentleman at the Rapid City regional airport (Enterprise desk) was extremely helpful! Not only did he answer our questions, provide a map, but his courteous behavior was unmatchable! We have not experienced this type of excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience renting a SUV with the horsepower needed for a multi-day trip in this hill country. The vehicle was in decent shape and clean. Shout out to Chris who was very friendly and accommodating. He got me the exact vehicle I wanted. Check-out was straightforward and transparent. And the drop-off was literally a drop-off. It's that quick and easy.Highly recommend!

We had a good experience with our car rental in Rapid City, SD. Our car was ready when requested and we got a choice of cars. We were given local contact information in case there was a problem. It was very easy to return the car at the airport with just dropping off the keys and writing down a few details.

Another great A+ rental experience. Love the Enterprise App tells keeps me up dated on up coming rentals. never any added or surprise fees. Had a new 8 passenger SUV.

I don't think I've ever dealt with a better Enterprise location. I have always received good service from Enterprise and try to get rental cars through them during my travels. The Rapid City Airport location was absolutely delightful with courteous service and clean, reliable vehicles.

Unfair Practices & Deceptive Tactics ExperiencedI am writing to express my disappointment and concern over a recent car rental experience I had with your company. I collected the car from your Sioux City location on July 24, and returned it to your Rapid City location on July 31.Upon collection of the vehicle, I was dismayed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The car's exterior was visibly streaked with dust and dirt in several places from a quick wash. To my surprise, upon closer examination, I identified several minor dents and scratches which were effectively camouflaged by the dirt. I find this extremely unsettling as it can mislead customers into believing the car is free from any pre-existing damages.Adding to this, there was a noticeable chip on the windshield that the Sioux City office did not mention during the pre-rental inspection. This, in my view, underscores either a lack of thoroughness in assessing the car or a deliberately deceptive practice.Throughout the rental period, the vehicle was well-protected and not exposed to any damaging weather conditions, with the only notable weather being thunderstorms, devoid of any hail, yet tried to get me to take responsibility for hail damage at the Rapid City location.It seems inappropriate to me that the Enterprise company places the burden on customers to meticulously document a vehicle's condition prior to taking possession. The expectation that customers should spot the most minor imperfection, particularly when concealed by dirt and grime, is both unrealistic and unfair.In light of these concerns, I find myself questioning the integrity of these business practices and am left feeling deceived by this experience. I sincerely hope that this is an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader trend within the Enterprise company.I kindly request that Enterprise thoroughly investigate this matter, and any necessary steps will be taken to prevent such situations from recurring. Until such assurance is given, I am left with no choice but to reconsider my future engagements with Enterprise Car Rental.

I had no issues at all with this rental from pickup to return. It only took a short time to get my car. My receipt was sent to me before I got home so I was able to submit my travel voucher.

Very easy car pick-up and drop-off at Rapid City location. Our vehicle was clean and we had the same customer service rep when picking up and dropping off. Very helpful and friendly.

Didn't have the truck I reserved months in advance, but gave me a different truck that was a little better for South Dakota (4-wheel drive). Everything turned out fine.
