Tim provided excellent service to our son in college as we worked with them from a distance. He did not push products or services on us/him and showed genuine concern for our son's needs. We are glad we worked with this store. Thanks, Tim!

The worst costumer service. My phone has been messed up since I got it and the guy couldn’t help and just told me he could “sell me a new phone” multiple times. Tried to see what insurance plan I had and after texting my number and showing I’m verified on the account he still couldn’t help me because the name on my account (THAT THEY PREVIOUSLY PUT IN THEMSELVES) was Abby instead of Abigail. The guy already looked annoyed that he even had to be there but his tone and attitude was ridiculous and so unhelpful. He literally saw me receive the texts to verify my account ??????

I’ve had several visits to the Russel Cellular Store on Omaha & can tell you that I’ve had the best service possible. First, I’ve taken two elderly folks in several times for help on navigation their phones & both Elliott & Tim were so patient & kind to both of them. They have also helped me on several occasions when I was just one click away from doing it right. They never made me feel stupid just helped me & I was on my way. Good job guys! Definitely get a five star rating from me!

We had a terrible experience with the manager of this store, Timothy Evans. He was highly disrespectful, belittling, condescending and was caught lying various times throughout our interaction. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee, let alone a manager, in my life. Elliot, on the other hand was wonderful. He was extremely helpful with a great attitude. If you must go to this store, ask for Elliot. Ultimately though, I would avoid this store at all costs due to the extremely poor management.

Awful awful awful. They should really do away with commission-based sales. These people would try to sell you your own head if they could and it's some pretty high-pressure sales. Also, they will downright lie to you about what you're buying and what to expect just to make sure you buy as much as possible. I had an issue with the sale (based on inaccuracies presented to me by the salesperson). When I went in to follow up, the salesman was not there and the other person said they could not help me at all and to call the store. They said that maybe I would be able to get through but likely not. I have not been able to reach the store and it's looking like I will be expected to pay the full $1200 for the phone instead of the agreed upon $200 (which I already paid). I will obviously keep trying to get ahold of them but I do not have high hopes.

I have had excellent service at this store and location..Elliott had helped me transfer from AT&T to Verizon.This young Man is 5 Star and much more ..He,Elliot is an Asset to this store and you need to definitely keep him…Thank You and please pay him well to keep him, more than well worth it….

Horrible experience. No customer service skills. Rude staff and brushed us off to a different store. Spent 5 hours trying to get my line transferred and still no progress at all.

elliot was very sweet! & extremely helpfulwhile having to wait, it wasn’t just awkward small talk but a good conversation. he was very hospitable & reliable. thank goodness for him. it wasn’t awkward at all & everything went smoothly!
