Great customer service and knowledgeable, but basically comes down to trial and error which can be expensive at $30 for quantities I've got for $20 in other parts of the state, will be shopping around if I continue this endeavor,but a convenient location will use for now. Packaging could be better, better products sell in containers which are better than the zip locks that only open once,then you have to cut top off completely,not a major problem but for the $ it becomes an issue.

This is a great shop with a nice atmosphere, great selection, fair prices and a team of seriously wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have met Louanne and Drew several times (and Zima, the friendly dog!) and every time it has been a great experience; these are genuinely kind and welcoming people who are passionate about helping others.I have spent the majority of my adult life suffering from bipolar disorder. After many years, many prescriptions, experimental drug research trials and a lot of expensive medical bills all in the service of trying to improve my mental health, I only found very mixed results all of which came at a very high price, often with terrible side effects. Elemental has really come through for me as a genuine advocate for my wellbeing. I have recently tried their very new Delta 11 options in very small and occasional amounts and have experienced a profound and positive impact on my mood, mental clarity and motivation.To make a long story short, this place is a real boon to the community and to anyone who is looking to improve their lives in any number of ways. They even have products for your pets! Thanks, Elemental!*Edit*: 1 year after posting my original review. I just had to chime in again and say that everything I said before still stands and Elemental's wonderful team continues to impress. The friendliest faces in town; after a year of doing repeat business with them, the Elemental staff now feel like old friends. Truly lovely people who are just as happy to listen and commiserate as they are to assist and educate.The store has an ever expanding selection and you can bet whoever is behind the counter is fully educated and ready to explain the benefits and best use-cases for every new option. Their prices are very reasonable and they have very frequent sales as well as a discount shelf with a frequent rotation of great products at massively cut prices! Sign up to be on their email list; they constantly have fantastic deals!I'm only compelled to update my review because the staff at Elemental truly are some of the kindest folks I know. They have made me feel so very welcome every time and gone out of their way to be helpful and educate me as necessary in a market constantly expanding the range of products out there. Thank you, guys. I'm better for knowing you. I can't recommend them enough.

Stopped in here for some CBD treats for my fur baby for the 4th. The employee was VERY knowledgeable and answered my questions. Doggo made it through the 4th fairly stress free.

I've been a regular customer here nearly since they opened. Elemental has the friendliest staff in the area who are actually knowledgeable about their wares, and Louanne is one of my favorite people ever. They carry a variety of great products, and their repeat customers are kindly rewarded with discounts. Great business, fantastic products, and excellent people. You won’t find a better shop in the area.

I called them to see if they had CBD calming treats for dogs. They did. And they work. I would recommend them for your needs with your pets and your personal needs. Ask for Louane, she is very knowledgeable about all their products.
