“We have a Daktronics message board that had a power supply that quit working causing 1/3 of the sign to not work. The sign was installed in 2007 and Daktronics no longer services the parts for this old signs. They were very helpful however assisting me in diagnosing the problem and locating the power supply that was not working. I removed the part and contacted a few electronic repair companies and was told they most likely cannot fix the part. I found e-repair with a Google search and was happy to see it was a local South Dakota small buisness. I contacted Jeff and sent him some pictures. He said yeah I think I can fix that. I sent it to him and within a week or so I had it back in working condition for under $200. A new message board sign is tens of thousands of dollars so as you can imagine we are more than happy to have the sign working again. Thanks Jeff! Hopefully we can get another 16 years out of this sign.”
