I’ve taken my vehicle there twice now for tire repairs, and each time, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I like that they take the time to explain what’s going on, and in a way that I (not a car person) can understand. Both repairs were extremely quick, and they had me back out on the road faster than I anticipated! I recommend Discount Tire to my family and friends, they’ve won my business and loyalty!

We had a micro-leak in one of the tyres of our rental car. I had to inflate the tyre every day. The Discount Tire team expertly repaired the tyre in just under 2 hours without prior appointment and charged the costs directly to Alamo. Great service, great team. To work there, however, you obviously have to be an avowed hard rock or AC/DC fan. ;)

I stopped in today to see if I could get a slow leak replaced, where instead of helping me the guy tried talking me into buying all four new tires. After I stated I don’t have the money for that today (it’s 2024, who has a grand just laying around right now) he then tried to dumbsplain tire tread to me and why I need new tires as well as repeatedly stating some nonsense about legal safety… it’s not a thing, it a ploy for your money. Again I did not need new tires, I just needed to have the one tire checked. After looking at the google reviews it seems they like to do this to a lot of people, but especially women. I will never come back to this place and I will recommend that others spend their money somewhere that they aren’t preying on people like this.

I'm not a discount tire fan, but Rapid City DT was on point. In at 0800, out at 0845 with 2 new trailer tires. Service was excellent.

What can I say, great place to get tires and services spot on. They never try to upsell you or give you anything you do not need. The weight is pretty standard as it takes time to get tires completed but well worth the wait always.

Had to make an unscheduled stop as our rental car developed a problem with a rear tire. Dylan went over and above, checking all the tires and finding all 4 were badly worn and needed replacing. Why the rental company - Dollar - let us have a car in an unsafe condition is another matter. He submitted his findings to the company, got the replacements authorised, and kept us informed on progress. We lost a morning of our trip but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Thanks Dylan!

We needed new tires on our pickup truck last year, and I noticed that Discount Tire had vary good prices on the Falken Wildpeak tires that I like.
I visited this location, and I was so impressed by the professionalism and level of customer service, that I had them order the tires and set up an installation date.
Everything was seamless !
One year later, I had a leak in one tire, and an associate met me at the door, checked all my tires, fixed the leaking one, free of charge, and off I went !

I'm kind of bumb that I didn't get any discounts on my Pathfinder tires the salesman was helpful in getting me in rate a way but he didn't suggest any truck tires that had discounts on them he didn't even as if I was a veteran witch I am so I missed the military discount.

This place is AMAZING. I've been having issues with my tires for almost a year now I came in to replace one tire but explained the on going issues. They explained by changing the tire size I shouldn't have any more issues, not even my dealer would do that for me. It was far less pricey than expected and it only took 20 minutes!! Dylan was amazing and has probably saved me so much trouble in the future. Highly recommend this place.

We are from out of town and needed new tires that wasn't expected and was trying to head to our next destination and then a flat, but they were able to get us in and out in 30 minutes!! Thank u soooo much!
