We all have bad days. Thank you for allowing me in your establishment without my ID. I understood what you were saying as you said it. I was willing to wait at the door or go outside. Your rudeness afterwards was not necessary. I don't care about your damn day. I was also having a bad day. I think as a customer mine trumps yours.Maybe I'm overreacting. I was in at 1:10, day of review. I don't lead with negativity personally when it comes to greeting customers into my establishment, even on a bad day. Maybe I'm just basing this experience off of how I would have handled it had I been the one working...??♀️ I feel I was polite thru the whole thing. I didn't know if she was allowing me in the store or not but once she clarified it, she should have stopped at it.

Tamar had been very helpful while trying to sell me an item, though when I asked what she knew about it, she claimed she didn't know much because she'd never tried it. Less than 48 hours after my purchase I returned to the store because I was having no luck keeping a charge and the app related to it wasn't working. her demeanor was completely different and she became extremely defensive and frankly, talked to me like I was stupid, while telling me to calm down and take a walk around the store.Wouldn't exchange the item and had plenty of knowledge about "trouble shooting" the device she'd previously told me she didn't know anything about.. while telling me to keep the receipt because they'd exchange it for up to thirty days. I'll never make another purchase.

My hubby and I visited this store for the first time yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. I appreciate the dedication to privacy and discretion, and that ID is required upon entry. The store was very clean, well organized & stocked, and the product selection is crazy! The clearance section was large, as well. Great music and atmosphere. When we checked out, the clerk asked if we would like batteries put in for a nominal fee, and she offered to test the products to make sure they work correctly, since they can't take returns. She reassured us that the items we had weren't on clearance because of them being subpar, but because they were slow sellers. She let us feel the movement for ourselves before buying. I really appreciated how helpful she was. It was a great experience and we will be back!

I was visiting from Alaska and decided to check out the competition and was quite surprised with the selection and the fact they had clearance lingerie was awesome! Lots of pleasure air toys! Not much of a "mens section"They also had a clearance table with some lubes labeled "expired" I was however dissatisfied that I bought a couple sample size hemp arousal oils and was disappointed to find out they were in fact expired. Overall really nice selection of glass, novelty, and toys. If you come visit for sure take your time and look around there is lots to look at!-- I work at a shop in AK, not worried about the packets lol heading back today. Was just excited to try something we don't offer in sample sizes back at home. Excited to visit when I come back down again though! I checked for shops on Apple Maps actually. Was in NE, made a day trip out to rapid for you guys.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff will help if you ask, but also give you your space so as not to make things awkward.Not keen on the glass accessories. Would prefer not to conflate the one thing with another.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. When in obvious distress while looking for an item I had already asked about, the employees sat on their phones and ignored me. Rudest employees. I will not be returning due to the lack of motivation to have a job. Why’re you working there if you’re unhappy? they also take down their bad reviews bc they can’t take criticism for acting this asshats.

Clean store with a lot of room and every toy you can imagine. Helpful staff, of course they put batteries in the toys we bought (a small vibrator for the outside and a vibrating egg for the inside) and tested them before the sale! Prices are average. We were not embarrassed at all to be shopping there in person.
