These before & after pictures alone should show you that your search is over when looking for hail repair or scratch/dent ?This crew did a great job! It's wonderful to be able to support a local team. They are super kind and have great customer service.This was my first claim ever and I wasn't totally sure what to do. They took care of everything for me! They kept me in the loop on what was going on AND I didn't even have to wait three months to get in ? I had my 4runner back within a week.13/10 recommends these guys!

We are very pleased with the quality of work. They kept us informed of the progress of removing the dents on our car & were very professional. We were very surprised and pleased, the car looked brand new. They also detailed the inside of the car which was a real bonus. If we ever have to use a body shop again this will be our only stop without hesitation. Thank you Dent shop for your exceptional work.

Car was pretty hail damaged, and we had just inherited it due to family passing. Levi and the owners took a grieving and stressful situation, and helped turn it into a job well done! I am impressed with their understanding, how they helped with the insurance part, and WOW on the work they did !! THANK YOU!! I did my research for a shop to repair the hail damage on my 2020 Ram. After looking at the multiple shops, the reviews for the Dent Shop convince me to go to these guys.I was not disappointed as these guys were great to work with to understand the repairs needed and how it would be done; they helped work with my insurance company and most importantly, did a PHENOMENAL job on the truck...it looks brand new. I would whole heartedly go back to these guys if I need to! THANKS DENT SHOP!

Without a doubt, these guys are the best in customer service & workmanship. We had our Ram 3500 & a 2 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee slammed during a severe storm in Hermosa 2 months ago. The hail storm really beat the hood, roof & sides of both vehicles.The Dent Shop stepped us thru what to expect from the estimate process, dealing with the insurance company & what was involved in the actual dent repairs.They kept us informed with phone calls on the progress of each vehicle & when they were finished, we couldn't tell where any of the hail dents were. They brought them both back to showroom quality.I would highly recommend them for anyone's dent repairs.

Levi is awesome. My two vehicles were damaged in a hail storm and filed a claim and had my truck in the shop within a week. It has taken over a month but that is 100% Allstate Insurance company fault. After getting an estimate and Allstate threatening to cancel claim because I didn’t take it to a shop in their network we finally got it straightened out. My wife’s car had the same dilemma regarding Allstate suspending/cancelling the entire claim. Levi and the guys have given me updates about what’s going on with the repairs and Levi has been the front man to handle the incompetent insurance company. Highly recommend this shop just steer clear of Allstate.

If you have hail damage I definitely recommend going here!! They made the process so easy, they had an estimate very quickly and communicated with us the whole time. Our insurance company unfortunately totaled our car out but we decided to keep it, Dent shop Rapid City replaced our windshield the same day at a very fair price.

In today's society you are worried about the quality of everything and everyone you do business with.The Dent Shop is not one of those places. From the minute I drove up I was treated in the most professional manner imaginable.All I had was a claim number. And that's all that was needed. In 10 minutes I was on my way in a loaner vehicle.Our brand new pickup had been in a hailstorm while on vacation and were a 1000 miles from home. And there was alot of damage done. In 6 days I received our pickup back in brand new condition.It's hard to believe with the way things are there are still people that treat their customers in the outstanding way I was treated. I can't say enough about these guys.Thank you Dent Shop. I appreciate everything you've done .

These guys are amazing! I almost accepted a low ball hail damage settlement from an insurance adjuster for repair, and so I brought it here. These guys did a comprehensive hail damage inspection under proper lighting and sent the estimate to my insurance company for me. They even lent me a vehicle to return to work after I dropped my vehicle off. After a new offer was sent to my insurance company, they guided me through the ins and outs of valuation and referred me to another business that helped me get a fair market value. 100/10 stars!

They were really great!! My car is back to looking brand new because I had gotten some hail damage after having it for only 3 weeks and I’m super happy with the results!! Highly recommend going there for your repairs!

Highly recommend! I couldn’t be happier with the results! My truck had a run in with fireworks on the 4th of July and unfortunately was left damaged. Dent shop was able to get my truck in and back to new! The whole process was quick and painless.

From my first visit to The Dent Shop to my last, I can’t say enough about how AMAZING this place is! They are so helpful and friendly and made the whole process seamless. Dennis is AWESOME, he went above and beyond and his work on my trucks hail damage is superior! This will be my go to place from now on and I highly recommend them to everyone!!
