Had a good enough experience with Jamie- he has a quick tongue and knows how to sell. Super personable. We were then handed off to the financing officer, Chad. He was very friendly and personable too but, for some reason, my credit was run 4 separate times. Ouch. He also took our card for the down payment before discussing any of the financing details like the INTEREST RATE?? Their process is refined enough that you'll have a hard time fitting in any talk of negotiation. We purchased a car we love but some parts of the process left us a bit unhappy.

I keep coming back because I feel like I can trust that they are fair and I always feel satisfied with the final decisions and keep buying cars from them. My new one is the best so far.!! The salesman Bob O. always has the answers that I ask and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Randy Barnett and Chad Dingman were some very nice gentleman. I felt really good about purchasing my vehicle from Denny Manholt. I purchased vehicles from there before and I never got a bad deal. I would recommend people to go to Denny Manholt if you are looking for a vehicle.

4 stars because I love my new truck and the finance person was awesome. The last star not given because my sales person didn't know anything about the truck. I really should have asked for someone more knowledgeable. He showed me literally nothing about how it works and he kept saying he was going to put "gas" in it when it was clearly diesel. Yikes.

This is our second purchase from Denny Menholt. From start to finish the experience is great and easy. Steve is an amazing salesman that has sold us two cars. He goes above and beyond from sending us information, pictures and even videos of vehicles that we may be interested in. Buying a vehicle can be a horrible experience but not with Steve and Denny Menholt Chevrolet Rapid City.
