We showed up here unannounced with a broken skylight from an overnight storm - just passing through - and the staff had the part and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. A Godsend!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. The store has most everything an RVer could need.
My family and I were traveling from Yellowstone through Rapid City on the way to Knoxville Tn. The camper breaks stopped working. I called the store to see if they could fit me in to their service schedule. The were happy to fit me in the next morning and began troubleshooting the breaks. The brakes were fixed quickly and have had no problems since. Excellent troubleshooting skills!

We pulled in here to get a light issue fixed on our camper. These guys were right on it! Diagnosed the problem, sent us to the place to get the needed fuse and didn’t charge us anything! What a very helpful and knowledgeable group of people!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Tim is absolutely great! We bought a brand new 5th wheel from them in December- went to use the A/C at the end of April and discovered the unit in the main bedroom didn't work. A bit odd for being brand new, but no biggie I guess. It's covered under warranty, and Tim got us hooked up with someone to come fix it. We moved our camper May 1st and discovered the electric cord was melted on cord end, and camper end. We called and were told it's because we didn't have it plugged in tight enough, or the wind wiggled it enough to loosen it, and warranty wouldn't cover so we'd have to buy a new power cord at $300+. No. I called the guy coming to look at the A/C and he said he'd take a look at it. He goes to disconnect the plug from camper side to replace it, and he's able to pull the wires out of the connector- WITH HIS FINGERS. They were barely connected. He fixed that issue, and our A/C starts working better. Still needs a new motor for it, but works better. The manager/owner was made aware of the situation when the repair gentleman called. We have not received a call from them at all. No "Hey we're really sorry about the issues you've had, what can we do to make this right?" Nothing. We've bought 3 units from them over the years, spent well over $100k between the campers and parts/accessories. This could have set our camper on fire. We live in our camper full time, our animals are in the camper. We could have lost everything, and they can't reach out to try and smooth things over. As much as I like Tim, I will NOT buy from them again.

We had a propane regulator failure. They had the part in stock got right and fixed the problem. Very professional, would highly recommend!

I went there for an emergency because we’re leaving tomorrow with our 2020 Keystone Bullet. I had no trailer brakes. They got me the parts I needed and installed them at no extra charge. They are excellent for service. I highly recommend them.

I paid a little over 10 grand for a camper from these people. We took it camping 2 weeks later. It rained more on the inside then outside. I called and they just wanted me to bring it back and get a different one. I for sure wasn't going to get screwed again. Then the second time we went camping my 50 pound kid jumped outta the bed and his foot went through the floor. I do not recommend buying a camper from these people.

Stopped by to get some parts for the camper. Created outside by jr crew cleaning a camper. Appeared to be doing a good job and were pleasant. Inside well organized, inside crew went right to the part for my water heater. In and out in shot time, and did not feel like I purchased the last part in SD. Fair price.

Purchased our new Cedar Creek in February and worked with Tyler in sales. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an RV. He goes above and beyond to assist you not only throughout the purchasing process but also follows up with you and is more than willing to answer any questions you may have. My favorite thing about Tyler is that if he doesn't know the answer he makes an honest effort to find the answer and get back to you. We financed through our personal bank so I can't speak to the finance office. The service department was struggling with being short staffed through the summer but we just had some warranty work done and the work all looks to be done well and completely. We do have an issue with some skirting buttons being moved but the service department seems to be doing what they can to resolve that issue as well. Overall I definitely recommend the team at DDRV :)
