Unbelievably rude. We are new here and have went twice to get medications filled at the Target CVS and both times we were treated awfully. It was really just kind of shocking how rude they were. We are done and will be driving down to the Walgreens from now on.

The pharmacist went out of his way to transfer a prescription from another CVS in another state. It was ready within two hours. When I went to pick it up I was informed he found a coupon that saved me $600 on my prescription!! Awesome customer service.

If they don't have your medicine...they won't call you or text you or email you... you will just have to figure it out once it's too late...

The absolute worst customer experience I can ever remember. To a person this group was horrific. I asked at least a half dozen customers in line and the unanimous grade was “awful.” We are currently waiting and have decided to send group emails to Target and CVS. Awful!

I've had more than enough rude and unprofessional experiences with them. I've witnessed them be rude to people just because it was their lunch hour. No signs, people working, called a man up and asked "how may I help you?" Just for them to then to shame him about being on their lunch break and he'll need to come back. As for myself, twice they were delayed on filling prescriptions. The first time it was heart medication and urgent, but no sense of urgency. When I told the guy over the phone that this was important and we've waited for days without update, I got the response, "well everyone's meds are important." Which is obvious and a snippy remark to make. Then today, I had a prescription "in process" for 3 days. I call for an update. The girl answers the phone and says to me, "well what did the automated message tell you?" Turns out they didn't even have the medication, it wouldn't be ready for another week. That wasn't in the automated message! Nor did they call me to tell me this. So I transfered to Walgreens because this wasn't something that could wait either. These people act as if they are so inconvenienced to do their jobs. Terrible communication and customer service skills. Maybe it's because they're inside Target. I've gone to CVS for years, this is the first location I've had issues with.

Don't have your Dr call in any prescriptions that you need to start immediately. They don't keep anything on hand and it's a basically a 2 day wait for it to arrive.

My wife and I went to Target/CVS on Saturday 15 minutes prior to closing. There was one person being helped and one other person in line. After assisting the lady in front of my wife, they closed the gate and said sorry she will have to come back. There were no other customers, and it would have literally taken 5 minutes to grab her prescription and leave. They would have had to stay open 5-10 minutes past 6:00. If other employees are having small talk preventing the line from moving, maybe consider assisting the last person waiting. If we didn't have to go there we wouldn't. I miss my old pharmacy. Poor service!

I did not know what I was missing I wish I had started at this pharmacy! they have wonderful staff and are very helpful even offering to request refills for me! the online app is helpful and the scan code makes check out quick. So happy I switched and grateful for the extended hours my previous pharmacy didn't offer. Thank you !

Just go to a professional pharmacy. CVS can't even have a functioning telephone for an entire week. They are Pathetic!

Called to see if they had a medication in stock for my child. The tech refused to tell me, yelled at me and hung up on me. Could not believe the rudeness. Thankfully every other pharmacy in the area is much more helpful.

Mom and Dad came in from Hot springs. Need a prescription filled and pharmacist was very rube. Said you will have to wait I have 100 people ahead of you. Not much customer service.

Wanted prescription transferred as they would not have med sent in for 4 days. Checked in again about the status of transfer, was told by Robin far too busy to transfer prescription, they ordered med, and check back in a few days to see if med had arrived. Unacceptable!!!

You can not talk to them anymore in person or leave even a message to them no love or care place will take it money and throw you the finger on the way outI thought Walgreens was bad ?.They are one step away from buying it online or off a street shame
