Tried to charge me 500 deductible when i had a 250 deductible. And my horn doesn't work. Then they contracted out for radiator flush and it was bone dry, almost drove 90 miles home on a dry radiator, but I turned on the AC and discovered it wasn't working. they were awful to me.

Friendly staff! They made the process very easy. It's a cool shop with fun decorations. They got my car back quicker than expected too!

Wonderful experience here! I feel like I'm walking into a place where it's a bunch of guys like my dad fixing vehicles and having fun! My Jeep looked like new after they were finished AND I didn't have to wait to get my car in, they were able to fix it right away!

DO NOT GO TO CROSSROADS!!!!!!!!! They had to re do there work twice and now I'm taking it to Jay and Jay to get it actually fixed. They are cheap skates and won't use oem parts on your car or truck. I would skip going to them even if your insurance suggest them. I wanted to choke the old KFC looking fool if that's how you want to feel about your service then these guys will meet and exceed your needs in that department.
