Excellent care and repair when our vehicle broke in the Keystone area. Cory’s took care of not just our vehicle’s needed repairs but kept us informed every step of the way and provided needed information and suggestions in the event we needed to extend our stay but did all they could to complete the repairs and were able to get us back on the road before the close of the day. Thank you Cory’s for the excelled t service and for truly caring!

I had a challenging situation with a flat tire late at night, and after replacing it with a spare, I needed to get it fixed first thing the next morning. I arrived at Cory’s around 9:30 a.m., expecting a long wait since they were fully booked until 2. However, the staff went above and beyond to help me.
The lady at the counter, noticing I had a baby with me, immediately sprang into action. She called around to other shops looking for an earlier appointment (with no luck) and, after speaking with her manager, managed to fit me in right away. Their quick response was incredibly appreciated.
The baby area was a thoughtful touch, complete with toys and a chalk wall, which kept my little one entertained and comfortable. The entire facility was clean and well-organized.
I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and care they provided. Cory’s turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

We were in Hill City two weeks ago for the Rally and had a flat tire on our truck. We called Cory's and Sonja told us to come and right in, and when we arrived within 10 minutes they were working on my tire. The service was extremely quick and great service. The staff cared about the customers. We would highly recommend Cory's Point S Tire and Auto Service.

Great shop. Super nice people. Did have a little problem. Scratch the paint and clear coat off 1 of the rims. But the mechanic was super honest and they are going to fix the rim. Can't say enough about there honesty. Would definitely recommend this shop and while we are here we will use them for any other of our needs. The main reason for the 5 stars is the
honesty.
UPDATE. 3 rims damaged. Paint scratched off and clear coat pealing already.

We needed emergency jeep repair while on vacation and Cory's Point S came through. The service folks were exceptional and we were back on the holiday road. We are so grateful for this location!!!

Very disappointed. Had all my rotors and brakes replaced there and both front rotors warped, which damaged the brakes. When returned to have them fix it, they said the brakes only had a 30 day warranty and they charged me labor when they are the ones that put the bad parts on. I couldn’t believe it. So a $1200 visit turned into over $1300. Absolutely do not recommend anyone who doesn’t stand behind their work and puts more cost on the customer. Now worried how long the 2nd set of new ones will last. I was very upset, but didn’t feel like arguing, so I paid the labor and none of my vehicles will ever see their shop again. I will definitely seek a repair shop that stands behind their work and doesn’t rob their customers.

Went in for new tires, alignment and they recommended an oil change. They said oil was black I told them to go ahead and do it. This was on my daughter’s car, my daughter informed me she just got an oil change on 6-27-24. When I went to pick up the car there was no alignment paperwork. I asked for the paperwork they said they will pull it back in and print it out we’ll come to find out they never aligned it.
They did do the alignment as I waited. When I got to my daughter’s house I opened the hood to check the oil when I opened the hood the washer container was not closed. I will never do business with these folks again this place needs some oversight.

These guys were AMAZING! In Rapid City for 2 nights. Pulled in with a brake issue @ 2:00. They diagnosed problem, which was serious, ordered parts and repaired that night. We travel FT in Class A. They rescued us from rearranging our entire trip.

The AC compressor in our motorhome died. I was having a hard time finding a place to get it replaced. Camping World suggested Cody’s Point S and I am very glad they did! They were able to get us in the next day and figure out what we needed for parts. The following day when the parts arrived, they got us in and we had were back on the road. Professional staff. Excellent work. Reasonable price and a bonus nationwide warranty on the work! If I need repairs again in the Rapid City area, they will be my first call!

I got new tires from Cory's earlier this year and, had them balanced a few weeks ago. When I got the vehicle back it was driving completely wrong, so I turned around and took it back to the shop. They had the car for almost another hour and still it was not driving correctly. A week later I took the vehicle looked at by a different shop they found that the tires were not balanced correctly they had two different types of weight on them and the weights replaced in the wrong location. My vehicle has rear manual airbags the airbags had pushed out the rear springs and had been aired up to 85 PSI. This caused my alignment to go out so I ended up having to pay a different job hundreds of dollars to fix my vehicle.
