“I went in looking for ink for two of my printers. The sales associate, James, went above and beyond to help me find the correct ones. He even suggested that I sign up for the Business Select program and showed me a printer that was a great price on sale! I had hurt my knee and James helped me get the new printer and a case of paper to my car. What a help that was! I wish all stores had sales associates that cared as much as James did! Great job!”

“I had just printed up approximately 100 Newsletters and 100 Foliage Brochures for the homeowners association and was literally scraping the barrel for ink. In fact, the printer wouldn't print anything else. So I headed to Office Depot to purchase more laserjet cartridges for my HP Color Jet Pro M283 printer. The folks had readily available cartridges in blue, yellow, and magenta, but no black. So, I went up to customer service to order that. by the way, when ordered any cartridges at the customer service desk, you folks literally delivered it to my doorstep. That's service. Anyway, the associate looked on the computer to order and noticed that there were 11 of them but they hadn't been put out yet. So, the supervisor went to the back and retrieved one for me. Left the store happy I was able to complete my shopping experience.”

“It was a late visit and I tried to get out of their hair as soon as I could. They were very happy to assist me despite 15 minutes until closing and were very friendly.Do want them to keep selling physical media though.”

“Geek Squad, and particularly Chris Smith, did a great job working on my MacBook--he was very professional, knowledgable, and personable. I had an issue which I suspected could be solved relatively quickly by an experienced technician, though I could not find a working solution despite attempts from searching web-forums describing similar issues. Earlier in the day I took my MacBook to another repair place, and they wanted me to simply drop off my Mac with them and pay a HIGH flat rate without even looking at my Mac, even though I had an appointment, and I would get it back in 5-7 days. So I decided to try Geek Squad. I had no appointment, but one was made for me within an hour. Within 20 minutes Chris had fixed the problem, charged me nothing, and I was on my way home with my Mac (which I needed for work the next day)! For me, this was a highly valuable service. Well done, and thank you!!”
