It shouldnt take 30 minutes to check out with an employee just standing there watching the other work. Every time I walk in I regret it....going elsewhere from now on my time is worth more.

Usually the staff is super friendly and helpful but the last few times i came in, one employee in particular has continuously been extremely rude and disrespectful to me. The rudeness and negative attitude has also been given to anyone who is seen entering the store with me. Really disappointing.

Unexpectedly good deli food for a gas station, the chicken tenders and cheese curds are made fresh to order and were my go-to when I lived in the valley.

Paid for gas inside and my car wash with my bank card and only place I've used it in a week. As soon as I leave no more then 20 min or so I get a fraud alert from the bank asking if I authorized a $1500 charge. After calling the bank called the store and really quick oh there's nothing on our credit card machines. Let's not really check and maybe they helped them. Either way becareful at that store.

The only complaint I have is that the cappuccino machine doesn't seem to be filled regularly, that doesn't effect my rating though. The staff is always really friendly and patient with me when I bring my 5 kiddos. I'm so glad that this one is so close to my house.

My favorite gas station/ convenient store in Rapid City. We stop coming into town and always our last stop as we leave town. The employees are always very friendly and we find what we're looking for everytime we go in. Thank you for being such a pleasant place to do business
