I used the self dog wash and had a poor experience. First, I put in $5 cash and it asked for another $5, so I had to swipe my card. Second, none of the soaps worked, only the rinse did. The soap options just spit out hot water. For $10, this was a horrible experience. I just wanted a quick rinse, not an expensive 20 minute...
