Ron was great! Our AC quit middle of the night. I called to find out if they had a capacitor. I knew nothing about what i needed. He was patient and explained what numbers he needed off the old one to make sure they had the right one. They had one left so he put it aside for me. When I arrived I showed him a photo of my outside system with the panel off. He noticed I actually have two capacitors but they didn't have the second one in stock. He went above and beyond calling around and checking online to see if he could get the second part for me.

Great spot for me to restock consumables for work. It has a great selection and I was surprised to find this gem in a smaller town. My only gripe is they are not open on Saturdays as I travel all over the country during the week. But that is minor keep up the great work.

I have purchased a lot of stuff from this place over the years. The ability to purchase little things like fuses and other electronic components locally, usually the same day, is much appreciated and it has certainly helped keep my own customers happy. Keep up the good work!

I mistakenly left part of my cord for my cpap machine back in Wisconsin. I entered the store with doubts they would have the cord I needed. The staff was more than accommodating and extremely friendly in finding what I needed. I highly recommend them. Great place

I'm all about shopping local, Only when Customer Service is good. I recently searched online to see what was available for an outdoor antenna. I noticed you can get 150-200 mile range through various retailers online. So I stopped by Chris Supply to inquire what they could get. I entered and noticed all the emoyees were already helping other customers. So I patently waited and broused the store. While doing so I noticed the largest outdoor range they had in stocks was 65 miles. Once an employee became free I inquired about their outdoor antennas. I explained that I seen online they come in 150-200 mile range. The employee blew me off and while doing so told me to just get it online and walked away. Im not sure what the employees name is but that was definitely poor customer service. I have purchased several things from here in the past. Like a fiber cable which works way better than the ones you can buy at the big box retailers. I enjoyed that product I returned to get more days later. I'm all about supporting local business but not when customer service is poor. The employee could have easily handled that situation way better. If they can't get that type of product in that is fine. I'm open to options, but not when I'm trying to spend my hard earned money and am disrespected.
