Great place. Super clean and great people. Cost less than I was expecting. Got my car back all cleaned up and looking great. Mainly I felt like the team there took care of me and kept me informed of what was happening with timelines throughout the process. Great experience. The customer service and quality of work are fantastic. I’m extremely pleased with the work and quality. My car looks better than when it went in for repairs and my car was done quicker than expected. I wouldn’t go with any other body shop.

I was very pleased with my whole experience at Carstar Auto Body Repair. The area where the dent was looks like new. They were fast & efficiently. The customer service was great and they even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle. When picking it up I found that it was fully cleaned inside as well as the outside.

BODY WORK ON CAR WAS DONE FINE,COMMUNICATION WAS TERIBLE,HAD TO CALL AT LEAST 5 TO 7 TIMES,FIRST TO GET ESTIMATE, THEN CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HEARD FROM INSURANCE, CALLED 3 TIMES FOR PROGRESS,AND 2 TIMES FOR COMMPLETIIN DATE?????,WE HAD BEEN IN WITH DAMAGE 6 MONTHS BEFORE,COMMUNICATED MUCH BETTER THEN,I GUESS REPEAT BUSINESS ISN'T SOMETHING THEY CARE ABOUT???,
