I have always received the best help when shopping here! I could not for the life of me find jeans for my than 12 year old son. Size 16 boys were too small, and men's were too big until as a last resort I came to the Buckle and found options that fit him! A few months into buying the jeans, the pockets were ripped. I came in to buy more jeans to replace them and was told those jeans that ripped were still under warranty and could be replaced free of charge! From that point on, spending nearly $100 on my son's jeans didn't feel so bad! I encountered the same problem with my 10 year old when I couldn't find jeans to fit her either, and sure enough, they had many jeans that fit her as well! I really appreciate that if they don't have it in store they will order it for you no problem & usually they arrive pretty quickly!

Music in store is loud. You have to speak very loud to have conversations with anyone in store. Store looks like a higher end Boot Barn now because of the western style fashion comprising most of the store.

Didn’t have the greatest experience today. I went in to buy new jeans and I normally like to look for myself first then ask for help if needed. Which is exactly what I did. A staff member did answer my question and helped me. Then I went on with my shopping. After a bit I went up to the cash register where there was at least 4-5 employees standing and I asked for a fitting room. One said of course and they all just looked at each other like “whose going to do it”. I was then let into a fitting room and that was the extent of their help. No one checked in on me to see if I needed a different size or not. I had to go get my own change of sizes. To say the least I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt I’d rather buy online or a boutique with similar jeans that would give me better customer service and make me feel comfortable buying their products. I’ve worked in retail and clothing retail and I will say they need to work on their customer service.

The staff was so helpful and truly took their time helping us as we shopped for our kiddos Christmas gifts. Natalie was so amazing and truly cared about the customers.

It's the buckle, great clothes, in fashion, extremely attentive/helpful employees.The only reason they didn't get five stars is because they had a sign up advertising a 15% discount on today's purchase. If you sign up for a buckle card. At the register they told me it was 10%, I showed them the sign and they just took the sign down and refused me the 15% discount.

This review is for both the old Buckle location in the mall and the new one in Rushmore Crossing. This store has a great selection of clothing styles that I prefer. When I walked into either stores there was no greeting whatsoever..now I don't mind that but after browsing the clothing for a while I notice when a certain type of person walks in the workers immediately say hello welcome to Buckle what can I help you find. I'm not saying its racism but it does seem that way. After I was in the new Buckle today 7/25/2022, I walked in and no one acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help. Other folks were being happily greeted as soon as they walked in the door. I browsed for quite a while and needed some help finding some shirts but the workers were obviously talking with each other not even looking my way. I did find some clothes I was going to purchase but after standing at the counter no one helped me so I put the clothes on a rack and left. I've definitely had my share of discrimination having darker skin but this was so hurtful being ignored like this. I wouldn't recommend Buckle just based on this.

There is a good selection of merchandise with different brands, styles, and colors. I have visited this location previously and came back for a shirt i liked. The employees helped me find what i was looking for. It was busy and the employees were assisting but there were some customers that were not being helped. Overall a good visit and i purchased the shirt I came in for.

Colton helped me tonight. He was new and absolutely amazing! Another girl helped too. Didn’t get her name but she helped me the time before and got me hooked on buckle black jeans. Love shopping here!

Buckle has some pretty cool clothes if you're style is country/rock-a-billy/western. I'm not really any of those, but I can still usually find a few items that I like here. My husband is definitely those categories, so he always finds things he likes there. They always have a large variety of things, though larger sizes (xl and up) can be a bit more scarce. Prices can be a little high, but the clothes seem to be at least decent quality. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Juan is a great manager with a great staff. They are always wonderful with our kids and have learned all of our own/unique choice of clothing. Many times when we go in, Juan says I have this shirt or pants that I think (one of us) will love. He and his staff make us feel more than welcomed and appreciated. The personal touch is greatly appreciated!Thanks Rapid Team!

Sahalie is awesome! I have such a hard time shopping for clothes as different brands fit so differently even when the same size. She was so extremely helpful and had outstanding customer service! She was so patient and helped me find what I needed and even ordered my sizes to be shipped to the store for me. I hate shopping and Sahalie made the experience so much easier! Ask for her!

The management team has been so wonderful and personally contacted me to hear about my bad experience in detail. The district manager was so patient, genuine, and professional.
