I have not had any good luck with this place! Seems everytime I bring in my 4 wheeler for whatever reason, its a $600.00 bill and I'm bringing it back in. They say we will call you prior to fixing the issue and never get a call. Would not recommend this place for repairs!

Service was great. Sales was professional and knowledgeable. Finance department was great as well. Gave me options for financing to get the best rate. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I will recommend family and friends to Black Hills Powersports.

Very disappointed with BHP. Called for service on an older Kawasaki ATV and was advise they no longer will work on units over 10 years old. "They are too busy". Poor customer service. No referral or alternative recommendation was offered.
Moving my ATV/SXS purchases to ET Sports is Belle Fouche. Service after the sale is important.

Knowledgeable parts staff was able to answer a lot of questions about tires. We recently bought a new bike from them and the sales staff and management are fantastic.

Excellent employees, the moment you walk in you can see everyone hard at work. Jerry was great, help me make an account and answered every question I had. He then set me up with financial and she was amazing, so efficient on working with the bank on my loan. They also gave me a tour to parts and services

Scheduled an appointment to change tires for $140. When I arrived it was changed to $170, no big deal. When they finished they charged me $230, even though I provided the tires and tubes. Too expensive for just tire change labor

This is my families second time purchasing a Kawasaki Teryx 4 from Nate! He is awesome to work with and they truly know how to make the process seamless! I would highly recommend Nate in Sales and Brad in Parts Dept!! I will most definitely be shopping here again!
