We love bed Bath and beyond. They have really high quality goods for your bedroom. , for your kitchen,and for the rest of your house.we always find stuff. We want lots of need trinkets? Really cozy blankets and pillows and very nice bedding supplies. They also have some neat food options sometimes. And the location is convenient being at Rushmore crossing. The staff is very friendly and the story is always clean. Their inventory seems to be plentiful they do not seem to be lacking items like some other stores.

I bought an $80 electric blanket on 01/06/2022. The gimmick was a 5 year warranty. I asked the cashier at checkout, "Do I register the warranty?" She said, "No , just save your receipt. " well here I an with a blanket that quit working and I tried to exchange it. They said I cannot that it's past 90 days and I should have registered the warranty online. That would have been great to know considering I did ask upon purchase!! I still have the original receipt and it says nothing on the receipt about registering either. Horrible Customer Service!! Never again!!

What a great interaction with staff yesterday. I went in to purchase several items, but only found one on the shelf. Was getting ready to just buy the one item, when a staff member asked if I had found what I was looking for....we'll, not exactly, only one, when I was really looking for six items. She quickly did a search and found that indeed they only had one in stock. But she quickly offered that they could place an online order for me and have the other five items shipped, free of shipping, to my door! I agreed and within just a few minutes I was paid and on my way. My online order will be at my door in just three days! Thank you so much for you GREAT customer service! I will be back!
