“Ron was great! Our AC quit middle of the night. I called to find out if they had a capacitor. I knew nothing about what i needed. He was patient and explained what numbers he needed off the old one to make sure they had the right one. They had one left so he put it aside for me. When I arrived I showed him a photo of my outside system with the panel off. He noticed I actually have two capacitors but they didn't have the second one in stock. He went above and beyond calling around and checking online to see if he could get the second part for me.”
“I love O'Reilly stores. They price match any stores that have the same parts which helps tremendously when trying to be frugal and get the parts from the store you prefer. Employees are well versed in knowledge of automobiles unlike certain stores that just hire bodies to fill positions that have no education on the job at hand”

“A guy named Albert who was working last week was welcoming and friendly? so I felt that I could approach him with my car part situation. Which is a big decision for me when I first walk in and how or if I get helped by the employee depending on how busy it is or the circumstances.
He was able to show me what was available and asked if I was budgeting or had a price range and we'd work from there....once I informed him he was then able to install my part for my car while I looked around inside.
When he was done he showed the job he did...it looked secure to me and was really glad that i didn't have to try and get it replaced myself or do it myself?.

“I always cringe walking into these stores because of past experiences that were never that great. Usually you walk in, get no help and feels like you are a problem when asking for it. This time was entirely different. Walked in, right away got a hello and asked what I was looking for,Windshield wipers.. looked up the numbers FOR ME told me the wipers that were on sale, grabbed them for me, when I was paying for them asked if he could install them for me. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Such a great fast experience. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, they should give him a raise. Lol.”
“We drove our RV from Ohio and developed a problem running the inverter off of the coach batteries. Interstate didn't need an appointment. We drove in and with no wait, the technician performed a diagnostic test showing the battery problem. He replaced the bank and we were on our way. Highly recommend interstate battery!”
