Ordered a new battery online to save 20% off and arranged for in store pick-up. The price of the battery is very fair and always a good value. Came in and my order was ready. Batteries plus does a great job of communicating the order status and sent me an email letting me know my order was ready. Easy and efficient. Can't ask for any more. Keep up the great work!

I want to preface this by saying the gentleman that worked on my key fob popping out the battery was very kind while doing itand that I understand mistakes happen.But please have a chat with your guys about being really careful with the parts inside key fobs. These keys are ridiculously expensive to get recut or redone at the dealership. The guy who worked on replacing my battery broke off the nub that keeps my extra key in the fob as it is a Kia smart fob. Unfortunately there is no fixing this problem besides using a whole new fob. It seems like something minor but now I have to spend $250 for a new key fob that worked 5 minutes ago.Bummed out not sure what to do or how they can help but hope they are just a little more careful next time.

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. Store 934 helped in my time of emergency. Helped my non verbal son with his speach devise same day. Thomas Gibbs is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you so much.

Traveling cross country and needed my phone screen replaced. Pulled in an hour before closing and (I wish I got his name) did a fantastic job! Completed in only 45 minutes and got me right back on the road. Great customer service!

I bought a battery online, went to pick it up, and it was marked sold to someone else. It was the last one. My money was refunded. They ordered another, and I paid $25 to hold it for me. I picked it up yesterday,, and they wouldn’t give me credit for the $25. He said the charge was cancelled because they had zero stock of that battery. Today I’m printing my credit card statement to show the $25 charge. Too much hassle. Shop for your batteries elsewhere.

Kinda sad when you go to a battery store searching for 1 or 2 batteries and they 1) Don’t have them and need to order them and 2) want to sell you a 6 pack for $20. Thanks dudes I went to Menards and spent $6 instead ??

These guys make sure you are educated on what is needed and how long to expect for repairs. I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are from people expecting services not offered. I have been going here for years with zero issues.

Really bad customer service, very rude. Just needed a new key fob made because my old was destroyed. Couldn’t help me because I was unable to produce the original even though I have all legal paperwork for this car. Very unhelpful and couldn’t imagine being this rude to customers.
