I have lived in one of the monthly studios for a year at Avanti and I am very happy here. It is very quiet and very clean. Rooms are fully furnished and with kitchenettes so you don't have to eat out. Also has wall-mounted TV and cable included! Maintenance issues are handled promptly although I can count on one hand how many I've had in the last year. No drama and no police presence here. Some people are traveling through town, some stay for a few weeks and others are here longer, just working people. Great owners and great management. You will like it here.

This is a great place to land whether in transition between residences or moving in or out of state. The people are super helpful and friendly. The studios are small and I don't recommend more than two. Although dated this space is clean and cared for.

I stayed here for an extended period of time, paid $795.00 deposit. Spent $900.00 a month rent, and over 6000.00 what time I was there. When I left, I didn't owe anything, and I mostly cleaned the room before I left. I didn't give a full "7 days notice " ,but I did give them a couple days notice. And when I asked about my deposit being refunded ,I was made to believe it was actually coming. But in the end, the owner felt that they needed it worse than me (it was actually the only money I had to my name and they were told that) but they kept it anyway. So if you stay there, just know that in the end greed will take over where compassion should start.

The booking and check-in process was very easy and quick! The staff was amazing in every aspect. The room and motel were very clean and I was able to get a good night's rest. The beds were comfortable. This is my second time staying at this motel and I will stay again.

Expensive, and pretty run down, the Avanti leaves quite a bit to be desired. Hoping they can get their motel back on track.

My apartment here was great! It was furnished with everything I needed, and the bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed living across the street from Roosevelt Park and the bike path. It was perfect for my morning runs. The management here was attentive and easy to work with. I stayed here for a few months and would gladly live here again!

This place is great if you're looking for an affordable apartment! I have lived here for over a year, and I have really enjoyed it. The managers are super friendly and very attentive. They care about you as a person and not just a paying tenant. The apartments are furnished and super clean.The maintenance is quick and efficient and the snow is usually removed right away. I give this place 5 stars ??
