What a disappointing trip to this store. We travel around the country in an RV, as we have a mobile RV repair business. Needless to say, we visit many auto parts stores around the country.
I was the only customer during my visit. The second I walked in the door, two employees were talking very loudly, and swearing a lot. I'm pretty thick skinned, but the conversation was far from professional. When I inquired for some assistance, I was told it was somewhere on isle 2, and if I didn't find it, they don't have it.
Considering I had already looked on isle 2, I left and went to there competition across the street. I was greeted by the employees, and they assisted in finding the item I needed.

I needed brake pads for a 2003 Saturn vue and he typed it in they had them in stock. He recommended what I needed for cleaner and got that too. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a part for same day pickup, the spearfish autozone didn’t have one so I drove all the way from spearfish to rapid to get it. Called ahead of ordering it and they said they had my part. Got there and somehow they managed to misplace it, it was a big part to shouldn’t have been misplaced, said they’d overnight one to the spearfish autozone. Called them the next day and the rapid store hasn’t even received the part yet, which I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just send it directly to the spearfish store, $40 on gas and hours of my time wasted. Could’ve gone through Napa and had the job done at 5am this morning.

From Arizona walked into store hoping I would get some service with socket wrenches. Kid behind the counter told me the aisle and said everything is right there. I was looking for a socket that would fit a certain part that I brought in I asked the attendant for help but he just pointed me in the aisle where the product was. If I had wanted to do that I would have just gone to the aisle myself. Plz go over some customer service.

The employees at this store were extremely rude. They walked away while ringing me up and did not come back. I went to self check out to purchase my items because I was not being helped. When self checkout would not give me a receipt and I asked for them to print me one they stated, "good luck with that" and walked away. I will not be returning to this AutoZone in the future.

I've been to Auto Zone in other places, but this location is dirty, the staff keeps changing and I'm not knowledgeable when I need parts for my cars, so I want to trust the "experts". Not this location. Every time I've been there, it's a bunch of different employees and it's hard to trust them, especially when O'Reilly is right across the street.
