“So happy & fortunate in finding this place, we call it home for now, while me & my wife are here in town for a project.
The office people are so friendly & kind (Stacie) shes always sending tex messages to notify us bout everything. Place is secured with cameras & clean. Laundry room down stairs clean & always functioning.
So if your looking for a place, look no more, Avanti Apt. Are always welcoming good people.?

“The maintenance man arrived early, not to early. He fixed my broken plastic pieces on my bottom oven door, so I could use it! He is super helpful when asked to help with something else, great attitude, he goes above and beyond!”

“Very professional staff. From the time you seat down to the time you move in. Very clean environment. Up keep is amazing the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The front office is amazing. Always there for you. From snow removal to maintaining the inside of your apartment. Great work out place and pool. The residents are polite great neighbors!!”
