“I have lived in one of the monthly studios for a year at Avanti and I am very happy here. It is very quiet and very clean. Rooms are fully furnished and with kitchenettes so you don't have to eat out. Also has wall-mounted TV and cable included! Maintenance issues are handled promptly although I can count on one hand how many I've had in the last year. No drama and no police presence here. Some people are traveling through town, some stay for a few weeks and others are here longer, just working people. Great owners and great management. You will like it here.”

“John and Makenzie at the main office were very helpful with move-in and checkout. These apartments are in a great location and there are a few hiking trails a short drive away. The pool area was one of my favorite perks of living here.”
