David is awesome mechanic he even stayed late on a Saturday & helped usto help with a minor spark plug problem so my son could get back to college on time on Sunday. Had car fixed in 30 minutes. I high recommend & I sure to use him for all my automotive repairs.

I had come to Rapid City to visit my father who was in the hospital and my check engine light came on. I was referred to Affordable Auto from someone Dave had helped last September. He was very nice and was able to clear the code for me and make me feel comfortable that I could drive back to Denver to my own mechanic for repairs. We broke down on our way through town. Blew a radiator hose I believe and we were over heating and leaking antifreeze like crazy! Called Dave and he got us in on short notice. Keep in mind it was a Saturday and later afternoon. Finally got it limped to the shop about 45 minutes before he closed. He looked at it, got the part ordered right away, went and picked it up and got it fixed in no time! Very affordable even though we probably would have paid anything to get going again! He is super nice and handy! Would give 10 stars if I could.
