Everything went great from the estimate to the final products with great communication and ABRA made it easy to work with insurance. However, final end product was not what I expected. I can easily see where the repair was made on the rear door and the paint is severely mottled. I was told that is what the Sherman Williams paint does. I expected my vehicle to come back in a condition that I or someone else couldn’t tell that repairs have been made.

Had an out of the box issue- a rattle somewhere in the door or dash. Had been to 2 other body shops and the dealership, all to no avail. Sean was very upfront with setting expectations, both for cost and success. They found multiple issues on both the door and fender. Now, I can drive rattle free. It's wonderful! And, the cost was not much more than what the dealership charged to not fix anything.

The communication and customer service was great! During the estimate process the appraiser was in contact with my insurance very often. In the end, my vehicle ended up being totaled. I was given a very detailed explanation on the vehicle. The employees there are very personable and understanding.
