So I first wrote a review I n a couch that I bought from Aaron's in Fargo Nd on July 8th. The couch I bought broke after less then a month of buying it. Instead of leasing it I paid for the couch in full 4 days after delivery. I reached out to let to let them know the springs had broke. They send it out for repairs. So 2 weeks without a couch in my living room I finally get it back. The fist day of having it I knew it wasn't fixed springs were still broken. I contacted the store manager and also Aaron's directly. I then received a call from the regional manager that informed me I was not able to get a refund. He said " Hey at least we are not screwing you" We need to talk to the company we bought the couch from and we will replace it. A week go's by haven't heard anything. Then was told I refused a replacement couch( I never refused one why would I want to keep a broken one I paid over a 1000 dollars for?) They then told me to reach back out to the local store, I did then was told they would send a message to the regional manager. Another week go's by still haven't heard anything. Then was told in messenger they would have someone reach out to me. So now it has been almost a month since I got a broken couch back. Aaron's is not doing anything it seems to resolve this. Do not buy or lease anything from this company. They don't care how hard you work for your money, they also do not stand behind the products they sell. My next step is to picket the store. They think people will just stand by silently until they have worn you down. I work very hard for my money I am not going down quietly and will not stand for being ignored or pushed a side. Not a good place at all! Jim is just a awful human being and the way he treats loyal customers who pay their bills is just sad. He makes accusations that are not true. After doing business with them for two solid years, no missed payments and never late. (came upon a rough patch and had an extension, He went off on me like a true a******* Thankfully rent a center was able to assist me in a professional manor and I was able to get a new nice set. I will be reporting Jim to corporate since he thinks he can treat people how ever they want since he's the store manager and he's about as far as the customers can go. Jim is nothing but a a****** and his mother epically failed at raising him. Do not give this man your business.

The location is great. The staff is more than helpful and always very understanding. Pay your bills on time and communicate and they'll work with you. Havent had an issue with them yet.

We have been going through them for years. No problems but they called my mother asking about payment which is ok. We pay normal first week of month. But this time my son is in the hospital. My mother told them that. I had the money but I am at the hospital with my son. She works . They have called now thirsty time asking about it. Very rude. She explained you're not open when she is off. Probably won't go through them after this stuff is paid off in a few months.. I would like to have someone bother them when they have their child in the hospital.

This store manager at this location is by far the most rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with, especially coming from a Store Manager, he obviously is not a good fit for his position in customer service for retail Industry. It’s amazing what a Store manager with a horrible attitude can do to a company and to customer’s, yet alone the employees under him. Needs to be addressed to District Manager and Regional, customer’s and customer service is why he even has a position. I’m just speechless of the unprofessionalism.

[Rude customer service], I was having a couch delivered and told the workers at the store before hand that if I can't answer my phone to call my wife and had given them her number. I live on base so they had to be sponsored, I was working at the time so I wasnt able to answer my phone right away, I was then left with a voice that "they were waiting and I need to answer my phone" in a huge rude manner. When there was only a one minute wait before I called them back.

Its great to be able to make cheap and affordable payments on furniture. They work with my paychecks so I dont worry about breaking my bank with one monthly payment

I dont use this company but my adult daughter does. Showed up at my house at 745pm with no introduction. Would not recommend companies like this to anyone . Vultures that take advantage of people. She rented a electronic for 1 week for $100.. They were dropping it off and acted like repo men.

I give this place one star completely based on the management. The other employees seem like really good people and are willing to work with you but unfortunately management seems to have a big head.
