I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. Josh has worked on my car a few times now over the last several years — from bigger repairs to quick check-ups — and every experience with him has been excellent.
The mechanics here are knowledgeable, honest, and professional, but what stands out the most is how they treat you. Nobody in the shop has ever talked down to me or made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing much about cars. As a woman, I’ve had the opposite experience at other places before finding WW Tires, but here they take the time to explain things clearly and don't try to take advantage of you. They take great care of both you and your car.

If you don't know the name of a part you need, but you bring in the old one, or a picture, or can describe it well they can usually figure out what you're talking about. Great for inexperienced people looking for discount parts to get by with.”
“We were traveling through South Dakota in July, pulling an RV, when my DEF pump decides to go out. It's a Friday afternoon around 3:00 when I called Wegner Auto to see if they could help. Keith, the service advisor, was able to find a willing technician to stay over long enough to check out our problem. The technician diagnosed the problem, found the part in stock, and he had us back on the road in just over an hour!
