DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! This place is absolutely horrible! If I could give them no stars I would! We bought a used pop up camper from them that they showed us in a dimly lit show room. I looked at ot twice by myself and my husband came with me the third time. We went through it and knowing it's used saw some blemishes on the cupboards and cabinets, but the canvas looked solid. It looked like there may be some mildew on the outside of the beds but didn't notice it in the inside. We were assured from our sales guy Stan that they would go through everything to make sure it all worked good and was cleaned up nicely. When you buy from a dealership, you should be able to camp in it immediately after taking it home. When we did the walk through before taking it home we saw a patch on the canvas that wasnt there before. I was assured it was a canvas patch, amd upon touching it, the feel and look were similar to the vinyl on the canvas.
Our walk-through was also in a dim lit building. When the camper was put down we were surprised to see putty on a couple of spots on the roof. We were then informed the camper had prior hail damage, but didn't put holes just divets. We were never disclosed this information before. At this point I was leary of taking it home, but they had already cashed the check before we picked it up. We set it up out in the sun 2 days after getting it home to get it all ready for us to go camping. Once all set up we saw numerous pinholes throughout the canvas, mold on the inside of the canvas, and the hole they patched was with TAPE!!!! I immediately called my sales guy and he said they could maybe trade out or fix and clean it, but he would have to talk to the owner, but it was Saturday so I would have to wait until Monday. We also found a spot underneath the valance where the canvas has detached from the frame. After being so stressed out all weekend I decided I no longer trusted this company and just wanted to return the camper and get my money back. Again I only had this a few days. Stan, the sales guy had me write an email about the issues and he sent it to the owner. Who's name no one will give you and who will not talk to you. So, later that day Stan tells me the owner will fix it. I asked Stan how. He tells me he doesn't know and he really know nothing about pop ups, and seeing they fix holes with tape I know they won't truly fix it. I asked to speak to the owner and get given the run around. My husband thinks that they gave us a different camper than what we looked at too. We went back with the camper Monday and Stan tells us to park it over there. I asked if they were going to give me my money back and he says, no but we will clean it and fix it. Again when I asked how he says I don't know and doesn't get anyone else who could tell us. He also refuses to give us the owners number,and instead gives us the number for the store in Mitchell. Which tells us the owner is at the store in Rapid. At this point I refuse to leave this camper there. They rent these out for the bike Rally and they were so adamant on us leaving it, that I feel they would rent it out before giving it back! I googled the owners name and sent an email to him. I still have heard nothing!!! This place is a joke and sells crap campers. They lie and cheat you out of money!!

I WOULD NEVER GO THERE! THEY SELL CAMPERS WITH MOLD, THEY SELL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAMPERS THAN WHAT WAS SHOWN TO THE CUSTOMER. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE CRAP THEY SELL... LEGALLY IM NOT SURE HOW THEY CAN SELL ANYTHING WITH MOLD..IF IT WAS SOLD TO ME ID SUE AND DEMAND MONEY BACK! DON'T GO TO JACKS CAMPERS... YOU WILL GET CRAP!

We went to Jacks Campers on Monday, June 17, 2024 around 2:00 pm. There was a woman sitting at a desk just to the right of the door and a guy on the phone in the office next to that. No one acknowledged that we were even there. After a few minutes 2 young men came up and asked us if we needed anything. When we told him we were interested buying a camper, they sent us out on our own to look around. We helped ourselves to several campers and went back to talk to someone about pricing. We stood next to the office door and the desk for approximately 5 minutes and then sat down on a couch for another 10 minutes. The entire time we were there no one said hi to us even though the lady and the guy in the office were still there. We finally got up and started looking at the sales inventory. After approximately another 10 minutes and no one acknowledging us, we left.
We recommend going anywhere else if you are looking for a camper. I can only assume their service is the same if something needs fixed. One star is one too many for this place!

If they don’t have it you don’t need it! We have an old Winnebago with an original Norcold refrigerator that needed a new propane flame tube and orifice. They had it in stock when no others did. They save us and our whole refrigerator full of food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for any RV needs.

I emailed these guys about a camper and about trading in an old camper of mine. I got no response. I tried again the following week and I received an alert that I was blocked by them. Why would you block a potential customer?!! Go elsewhere people!!

Arrived no key as door wouldn’t lock also no hot water on arrival this took a couple of attempts to rectifyThen it rained ok they can’t change the weather but I didn’t expect it to rain inside my trailer too loo roll holder also looked very sad key took a couple of days loo roll holder was also fixed at the same time still no leak fixed though luckily it didn’t rain again left a day early my deposit better fly back into my account with as much speed as it was taken

We walked inside and we hear a guy in the middle of the store yell what do you need. Really you sell campers. I told him need to talk to a salesman and he is like in the corner. The salesman never bothered to even stand up. Asked what we wanted and price range kinda looked on a paper and said nope we have a toy haver that is way above the price range we gave him. I asked where his used ones are and he said that they rent them all out for rally and they need to be cleaned first. OK I wanted to buy a camper that day. We went and paid cash for a camper at another dealership. So you all just rent the rv and don't really worry about selling. We up grade every two years. I will never go there to buy a camper. So you lost two sales. ? do better if you hate your jobs find something else.

We were from out of town and had a camper issue. They helped us through all of our issues.We had a problem with my camper leg not working. I worked with Matt to order from the manufacturer and got it in a day. Then Joe helped us get it on the truck.This is a great place to do business with. I would recommend them.

We took our camper here to have the shower door replaced. We did not do a walk through before leaving. The next morning I looked and what I found was unbelievable. As I walked into the camper the instructions were laying by the door, there was a drop of putty by the couch, there was something on the stairs, there was a dirty rag laying on the floor, there was old sealer and other stuff on , in and around the shower, they used our towels to step on, then shower head was not reconnected and when I picked up the rag that had damaged the linoleum.They called us and told us it was done and ready. It’s not like we called and needed the camper!When I called them the next day all they said was sorry! They said they would make it right the next time we came in. Not sure we will use them again.
