I came into the dealer per a referral from an employee. I was having issues with my 2020 Ram rebel with a misfire. I purchased a nice 2021 ford f250 and so far its been awesome and i feel i got a decent deal.
However while there this dealership offered me 25k on the spot for my 40k truck telling me that my issue was metal in the engine. That my cam shafts were failing and that my engine would have to be rebuilt. They said 25k as is or theyd give me 30k if the issue was fixed.
Something didnt sit right with me so i opted not to trade in my Ram and just purchased the Ford in addition to what i had. The engine failure they were telling was most certainly my issue turned out to be an injector. Fixed for about $500 dollars. I didn't think much of it due to being grateful my issue wasnt more severe.
So now that the truck was fixed i called LaFleur back to let them know the truck was fixed, that it was a minor issue and would like to take them up on their offer of 30k. Which they then backed out on stating that they don't need the inventory.
I can't help to feel like they attempted to take advantage of my situation and rip me off.
All i can say is be careful what kind of advice you get from these guys. They may not be steering you in the right way.

I have bought several cars (6) from this auto group and extremely happy with every purchase and interaction with them. This weekend they went above and beyond to get my bestfriend into an suv because her car transmission was failing fast. Would 110% always recommend getting a car from here! I am totally impressed with La Fleur Auto. The salesman treated us well. The purchase went smoothly. There was a small issue that I noticed when I got the vehicle home and they dealt with that quickly. I have already recommended them to others.

We just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox from them and got a great deal. We traveled over an hour to check out this dealership and I'm glad we did. Bought a 2019 ram. Everything so far is good. Only complaint is that the truck had price tag of 31995 at their lot but online a higher price. Did not want to sell for the price on the tag they had.
