Great quick stop. A good choice of getting hot fresh cooked chow. Friendly help. Dakota Dune's. Easy in and out.

Went in there on 1/22/2024 with a coworker on our way to a job site and we both got the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were very undercooked and still doughy.

Step into the gas station from hell! With just one measly bathroom stall, the fight for relief becomes a never-ending battle. But that's not all - brace yourself for the toxic work environment that oozes with hostility. Accusations of theft hang in the air, making every moment uncomfortable and awkward. And, oh, the quote on the board: "If you're leaving early, you must not want this job! No one leaves early anymore!! Period!!" It's a constant reminder of the suffocating atmosphere. Prepare for a gas station visit that will leave you emotionally drained and questioning your life choices. Enter if you dare!

The store provides a pretty good selection of drinks and snacks and offers several hot food options. Prices are typical for a convenience store. The staff is friendly but you have to hunt them down if you need to find a specific item. The gas pumps are clean and well lit and the prices are competitive for the area even cheaper than some Sioux City gas stations.

I was at Dunes Cubby's location this morning just after 7 A.M. Employees present (2) did not have a mask on. I was the only customer in the store and I was wearing a mask, which is the correct protocol. The sign posted at the check-out points out that masks are required after 11/18/20. Don't enter this location if you want to protect your health during a pandemic.

This gas station doesn’t enforce masks and it’s the law. They refused to break my $100 because I asked two other customers to back up and give 6’ space because they didn’t have masks on. One clerk had it on below nose. The other had a chin diaper on.

I have come to expect good things from any Cubby's, and this location did not disappoint. I liked the large, clean, and bright sales area, and the great selection of on-the-go foods and drinks, including BluTaco, Godfather's Pizza, and Chester's chicken. The service was also great - welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and thankful. This location has a car wash. Excellent!

Worst customer service at the food court. The guy behind the counter needs to be trained. Probably should fire who ever trained him or left he by himself.

Spectacular place! Seriously care about their customer base. I have been buying gas and using their car-wash for years and recently had an issue with the car-wash causing a little damage to my car, the manager gave me the corporate VP's number. I contacted him and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
