Great place to stay overnight. Clean bathroom and a sink to wash dishes. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the price of the showers are super expensive

From a non commercial perspective, getting gas is horrible. It's a one way into the pumps, but there's no real signs... So people are coming in backwards and blocking people in, almost no parking spots so people get gas, leave their cars at the pump and go inside. This leaves lines just like waiting at Costco gas, without the Costco gas experience. The design is just horrible.

5 star award for going the extra mile to your clerks. I stopped the other day for gas and snacks and ended up leaving my billfold on the counter. The clerks looked my name up on Facebook, found one of my friends and told her about my situation. They asked her to call me as I might not recognize their number and wouldn't answer. Smart move. They had also messaged me on Facebook but since I was driving didn't see it.
I was 25 miles down the road when I got the call and drove back.
A big thank you again for going over and above. Only in South Dakota!

No laundry service no driver lounge. 4 showers or 5, about 20 parking spots. Shower was clean but fueling area was a oil slick. And around ,8 truck fuel pumps pretty mid range size truck stop no CB shop that I can see

Shower renovations are done but make no sense. Hey, the bench where you sit your bag and everything, let’s put it in the shower so it’s soaking wet by the time you’re done showering. A toddler could have designed it better.

I asked to be served Propane, after 15 minutes of waiting I returned to the counter and they told me they did not have staff to serve the propane, Not strong.

We limped into Pilot after having changed one trailer tire on I-90 and needing replacement tires.
We were able to park the camper at Pilot, disconnect, and make a 2hr round trip for new tires on Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, the rest of our bunch were able to eat at Subway, inside the Pilot, until our fiasco was over.
Thank God, we were at a Pilot that had multiple air compressor lines, sold tire pressure gauges, and allowed us the time and space to effect repairs.

An ok place to stop while out on the road. They had a good selection of snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and the gas was competitively priced. The bathroom was very dirty and over half the stalls and urinals were closed. I would probably stop somewhere else if possible next time.

Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Pumps stocked with window cleaning equipment. Nice place to stop.

Good truck stop, if ya have time, go across the street to car museum, they have the Original General Lee from Dukes of Hazards, they are open 7 days a week 9am-3pm
