If I could rate this store a gazillion stars I would, although I have not personally went in to this store my experience was an online purchase through their website.I cannot express how pleased I am with my purchase . After spending months looking for a very specific coat for a Christmas gift. I came across the Western Rancher website and to my surprise they had one, I could not click add to cart fast enough! I was so thrilled! Now to the really great part and reason for this 5 star review. My package arrived yesterday (shipping was incredibly fast) first thing I noticed was the hand written address label and how carefully the box was taped, and then I opened the box and whomever packed the box took their time to make sure that the item would arrive in perfect condition the fact that someone took the extra effort to fold the coat nicely, place the parchment paper around the item meant so much to me and the hand written Thank you on the receipt was the icing on the cake,it made me feel like a valued customer and that my purchase mattered.I am all about shop local however when you live in rural Wyoming and 150 mile trip one way across the prairie to shop makes it difficult especially when you are looking for something specific it makes online shopping a necessary evil.I am so happy I was able to make this purchase through a small town privately owned western shop rather than a big box store that would have more than likely wadded the coat up and shoved it in a bag and shipped it without a care. your extra effort meant the world to me and I will be shopping the Western Rancher for my ranch wear purchases from now on.
