I went in to have my service engine looked at..staff was friendly and checked things out. gas cap was old so they replaced. very nice people...

Battery arrived damaged from shipping, didn't know what to expect from O'Reilly or if they'd even believe, they gave me a replacement battery with absolutely no hassle. They made the crappiest day I've had in a long time much better. Can't thank them enough, go O'Reilly.
