“Sunday afternoon I had a blow out carrying 9000 lbs of steel rods. I run a hotshot pickup with a 20 ft trailer that has 4 wheels. I knew my jack couldn’t handle it on the side of the road so I limped my way to the nearest town of Mitchell, SD where a Walmart automotive was opened much to my surprise being on a Sunday. My rim was damaged in the blow out so I couldn’t purchase a new tire. I had a delivery time to keep otherwise I would be financially penalized so I was worried how this magic trick was going to happen without me being a day down and out several hundred dollars. Ashley appeared with a great smile and an amazing attitude and said let’s take a look at it. I dismissed myself to run to the restroom and when I got back they had put my spare on using a huge jack. At check out there was no charge. Just a receipt with 0.00 due. I was shocked at not only the sweet price but especially the kindness and understanding of Ashley and the two gentlemen working with her. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. In my business time is money and they saved my whole job not only for me but the people waiting on the supplies I was carrying. This hands down was the best Walmart experience I have ever had. People sometimes don’t realize how they effect others and this team helped not only me but everyone down my supply chain by taking care of me quickly, kindly and professionally.
