I had one very good,
and one very bad steering tire on my truck.
The deal was to put 2 new steering tires, but use this very good one , for my trailer.
The other one was not really of any use.
Once I payed and went to check, I realized that,
they kept the good tire but put this bad one on my trailer.
I didn’t even go back to the office, they would probably disrespect my intelligence and tell me it was mistake.
You scam me for so little, maybe 50 or 100$.
It’s more sad than disappointing.

Don’t waste your time if you need roadside assistance or a tire fixed, there rate for after hours was $200hr minimum of two hrs, call Paul’s towing, he was fast an an awesome guy very nice to our group n kids, if your having any issues try Paul’s towing you won’t be disappointed!

I got two flats on a Sunday so I was in a pinch and needed 4 new tires asap. They had them delivered to the Mitchel store and I was able to get back home to Rapid Monday night. They were really helpful and accommodating.

They did not have the tires I needed to get fixed when I brought it in, and they still charged me $50 for simply rotating my tires. Rip off will never be going back.

Blew a tractor tire at 6pm & gave these guys a call. They did after hours service & was quick to get to us. He could have decided money over the customer & sold us a new tire but he knew it would get eaten up & put a used tire on instead. They had us back on the road in less than an hour! Thank you Graham Tire!!!!!! My husband and I were very impressed ?

Had a rear tire blow out on the interstate. Called Graham Tire in Mitchell SD, they sent a mobile technician out quickly. I noticed the other rear tire wasn't the greatest so I asked if they could put two new tires on. They took both rims off, put two new tires on and sent us on our way, I am so appreciative of their quick response to my situation, quality of service and tires they put on, all at a reasonable price. I could have been gouged considering my predicament, but wasn't. Thanks Graham Tire! It's so nice to see that there are good honest businesses still out there.

I called this location for my son who is up there for college. They were to him and had his car in the shop within the hour! I can not thank you enough. What a relief to find such a great business from over 2 hours away! THANK YOU!!

I was passing through a few days ago and needed 2 tires on a stepdeck I was pulling. Graham was the only shop in town that had the tire size I needed. These guys are great, they sent someone right away. The tire tech went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. If you are in Mitchell and need tires for your semi, call them you wont regret it.

Experienced problems with tires while passing through the area. We stayed overnight in Mitchell and a search showed Graham sold the brand of tires on our car. JD at the Mitchell store examined out tires, confirmed the issue. He was very friendly and helpful. Asked good questions about where the car will be used (snowy environment or not, annual mileage, etc.). Provided options to replace all 4 tires. Prices were very good. They replaced the 4 tires in less than an hour while we toured the Corn Palace, which is right next door. Definitely a good experience.
