Wow. No customer service. Lots of employees but none wanting to help. I was looking for some specific fishing items and was told they should be in the fishing department. Two other customers. I left. No purchases. If no one cares, the customer won't either. Sad

They always have what I want at a good price and the quality I expect. They will special order any item and ship it to store at no extra cost. Truly an outdoorsman dream store.

Really nice store gun guys are very knowledgeable and very helpful! Don't like the membership people cuz they claim it's membership but then get you to sign up for a credit card. Not happy with that!

Seams like the fishing guys treat you like your stupid and that your bothering them as if im not good enough to ask them about the knowledge they have... I was looking for a hula popper and the I know it's walleye County but WOW what kind of fisherman dosnt know what lure that is??? You would think cabelas pro staff would know what that is

Not worth the drive or the effort.
Purchased a gun brand new for my son to do trap shooting. he didn’t even get 100 rounds to the gun and the firing pin or something broke. I called them to find out what I could do and I was instructed by the employee to go to the Internet and do my research to find out the warranty and how to get it fulfilled.
For what these guys the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I will never go back!
For that kind of money, I might as well go to Scheels and get fleeced there instead… At least they have helpful employees.
