“The trick with Wells Fargo is the personal banker. These are the people who set up accounts and get fees reversed. I have had two in 4 years and have been pleased with both of them. WF as a bank is a nice full service bank with everything that you want and more. The lobby is pleasant and there is usually free coffee and on Fridays some sort of pastry. Often there is free popcorn which is only ok.”

“I had a wonderful experience at First National Bank in Mitchell today with Barb. My card was compromised again due to scams and she was beyond helpful. I called in a panic when it happened and was more than willing to help me. She printed out my account information and even helped me see which autopays needed to be changed...versus ones that come straight out. She made me a new card on the spot and was very friendly. She made what could have been a nightmare of a situation--very delightful and positive. I was very impressed! This is one of the many reasons I continue to bank at First National. Thank you. :)”
